From face-to-face consultations to hands-on design support, we’re with you from start to finish, ensuring a seamless and customized experience.

 

Personalized Consultation

Every order with RocketWear begins with a personalized consultation to ensure your vision comes to life. Whether we meet in person or virtually, this initial step is all about understanding your team’s needs, from colors and logos to design elements that reflect your unique style. Our one-on-one approach ensures that your ideas are heard, and we work closely with you to create the perfect custom design for your uniforms.

  • Discover Your Vision: We’ll discuss your team’s overall style, preferred colors, and any existing logos or branding you’d like incorporated.
  • Custom Design Support: Don’t have a design? No problem! We offer professional graphic design services to create or modify logos, artwork, and uniform layouts.
  • Collaborative Process: You’ll have a direct line to us throughout the design process, ensuring the final result is exactly what you imagined.

Custom Design Creation

After the consultation, our design team gets to work, bringing your vision to life through custom uniform designs tailored specifically to your preferences. We take the insights gathered during the consultation and craft design options that reflect your team’s colors, logo, and style. You’ll receive detailed mockups of each option, giving you a clear view of how the final uniforms will look. We collaborate with you throughout the design process, making any adjustments necessary until you’re completely satisfied with the final product. Getting the Right Fit

Ensuring a perfect fit for every team member is crucial, and we’re here to make that process simple. We’ll guide you through selecting the right sizes for your team, providing detailed sizing charts with helpful tips to ensure accuracy. To make it even easier, we offer sizing samples that your team can try on before placing the final order, ensuring everyone gets the perfect fit. Our goal is to ensure that your team looks great and feels comfortable in their custom gear. It is now time to place your order and pay a 60% deposit (100% on rush orders).

Production and Quality Assurance

Once your order is placed with your final artwork, quantity, sizes, and player information (names and numbers, if applicable), it is time to start the production process! The manufacturer will review the artwork and provide an additional digital render of the item to be manufactured.

This production mockup will be shared with you for your approval. If no adjustments are required, the manufacturer will produce a single item from your order and send us a photograph of the finished product for FINAL approval.

Once you give the final approval, your order will go into full production. Typically, the time of production is 15 business days or less + 2-3 days transit.
